TAMPAX PACKAGING RE-DESIGN

Tampax Eco-conscious range was inspired by the modern use of seaweed- based plastic to make a more sustainable packaging. The packaging cuts out all other normal plastics and uses recycled paper throughout the entire packaging. The sea-weed plastic reduces the amount of waste that is created when disposing of tampons.

The packaging design was based of illustrations that were digitalised into a pattern to be used across the packaging. Featuring mainly blue tones, to represent the sea and sea-weed, but also limited use of greens to minimise green washing.
